A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Placing an order<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the &#8220;Back to merchant&#8221; button on the bank page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments are intermediated by Montonio Finance O\u00dc. Payment is made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment &#8211; in the case of payment by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case of payment by credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance O\u00dc. The seller does not have access to the customer&#8217;s bank and credit card details. The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Delivery to<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goods are delivered to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, Germany, Belgium,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n  <br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Itella parcel machines, Omniva parcel machines and DPD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will be within 2-7 calendar days. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is possible to exchange goods bought in the shop (for example for another colour) by agreement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In the case of deterioration of the goods to be returned, the consumer is liable for the loss of value resulting from the use of the goods only if he has used the goods in a way other than that necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of an article, the Consumer should handle and use the article only as he would normally be allowed to do in a shop. For example, it is possible to try on clothes in a shop, but the labels must not be removed, and the clothes must not be soiled, damaged, washed or tainted by perfume, smoke or any other noxious smell. Therefore, it cannot be excluded that the value of the product has been reduced to zero by the damage to the item, and Tricela O\u00dc has the right to ask for compensation for the loss of value. The transport costs of the deteriorated goods shall be borne by the Consumer.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it to. <\/span><b>info@tricela.eu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will refund the buyer the amount paid at the time of purchase, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The online shop has the right to refuse the refund until the receipt of the goods to be returned or until the buyer has provided proof of return of the products, whichever occurs first.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Right to lodge a complaint<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop within 14 days at the latest by sending an e-mail to. <\/span><b>info@tricela.eu<\/b> <b><br \/><\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The online shop is not liable for defects (e.g. damaged packaging) that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer, i.e. during delivery. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If goods purchased from the online shop have a defect for which the online shop is responsible, the shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the online shop will refund the buyer all the fees for the sales contract.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The online shop will respond to the consumer&#8217;s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Direct marketing and processing of personal data<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online shop transfers personal data to transport companies in order to deliver goods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer&#8217;s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his\/her wish to receive them by entering his\/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his\/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Dispute resolution<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to info@tricela.eu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can consult the procedural conditions and submit an application by.  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/komisjon.ee\/et\/avalduse-esitamine\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Shop.
